Jesus was obviously a man who reflected the Light of Christ. He reflected our actual being because the Christ, along with the most a body can ever be, is a reflection of mental performance.
If the mind becomes pure and unified, it recognizes Itself because Mind of Christ. When that Divine Thoughts are reflected within a body, there is a reflection of that, but a reflection isn’t actuality. Christ is a Light that is ahead of time.
What exactly is Be Reborn Within the Light of Christ Within?
We have to stop protecting the crumbling ego self-concept, and expose and release the shame which is hidden within the mind. If you’ve been judged as a failure, now you can say, “Well, I did not succeed before for sure. I used to be a failure before, however it isn’t me. That’s not me. I’m alive. I’m reborn again in Christ. I’m fresh and clean and clear in this moment, and I don’t have anything about the self concept.”
Forgiveness allows us stop protecting the crumbling image that this ego made from us.
When we’re reborn within the Light of Christ once we give all our relationships and everything of time and space to the Holy Spirit for His purpose, everything changes.

All are called, and also the Course claims that few opt to listen. Will you be quite happy with that metaphor of “few choose to listen”? Who’s got to pay attention? I’ve got to listen. I’ve got to follow. I must function as one! I have to function as the one that steps up, and says, “I will answer the Call.” Like Neo within the Matrix became The One.
Jesus wants us to pass through with the images of the entire world and select the lighting. His goal is always to take us in the vision of Christ, that’s non-perceptual, to be reborn and feel anew, fresh, and alive. He wants us to be that reflection in the Light of Christ that is shining radiantly within!
