How weddings have changed within the decades! From the handful to 400-500 invited guests; one-two to six-eight marriage ceremony members; a simple wedding car to expensive and enormous wedding cars; three course meals to six course meals; one to three live bands; simple attire to colorful and flamboyant dresses, suits and attire and off-the-cuff to well-prepared wedding speeches.
While we’re talking about rogues, wedding speeches are still a fundamental part of a wedding and guests do enjoy hearing them, speaking about them before, during as well as after they’ve been delivered.
We know of wedding speeches delivered prior to the meal, in the meal and after the meal, however it’s of your strong opinion the wedding speeches should be delivered following the meal. I am aware that for a lot of bridal party speakers i.e. Father of the Bride Speech, Father with the Groom Speech, Bride Speech, Groom Speech and Bestman Speech (5 main speakers), they’d prefer to hold the wedding speeches prior to the meal, so they can enjoy their meal (some of them are spending money for it!). However, is going on the invited guests and how a lot of them (as wll as wedding ceremony venue staff) would prefer the wedding ceremony speeches to get delivered following your meal for many reasons, most of which include:
The invited guests happen to be fed and watered and are not listening to wedding speeches before eating anything (at least of food, which would be so ahead of the meal, though weddings today do provide light snacks upon arrival with the wedding venue)
Food might be cooked and served at the agreed time (introduce the wedding speeches ahead of the meal and their could be a delay of Fifteen minutes one.5 hours, driving the kitchen staff crazy trying to keep food freshly cooked, presentable and edible)
The wedding ceremony speeches work as the transition from the meal for the dancing (broke happening as soon as the meal, people are expecting ‘a few words’ being shared in regards to the Bride & Groom and they are fully aware they’re able to wake up, maneuver around, come out, take a stroll, go to the bar…)
It can be difficult for folks of the Bride & Groom to communicate in public, as the majority of them may not be used of it. So, they could, when they so wished, speak ahead of the / their meal.
There should still be some type of formal speech(es) after the meal…
