The tracks name is: I’m coming home for Christmas and the tracks is a special up-tempo rock/rock-pop song. Mark wrote and semi recorded a demo music guide of ‘I’m coming home for Christmas’ in 2015 on Phuket and has kept the demo song since then waiting for the chance to record once again. In August 2016 Mark started the studio recording process and used local session players to studio record the track over a 6 week period. The songs consists of 8 separate tracks and all session players were from the Philippines, including the lead vocalist ‘Micah Javier’.
Even though I’m coming home for Christmas was studio recorded on Phuket the mixing and mastering was done in the USA because of Mark needed the best outcome and quality. The track ready to be listened to and downloaded by visiting the ‘Tsunami Day’ Website.
The key goal of recording I’m coming home for Christmas is to bring as many folks to the Tsunami Day website that we can and then we hope in-turn they will be kind enough to contribute to at least one or all of the Phuket island charities, and to also download the track.
The other definitive goal is to have enough downloads of the song to help fund and create a Phuket live music pub with open stage and recording studio / training room on Phuket, that will provide free lessons and tuition to local underprivileged children from the local schools and children’s orphanages. To date ‘La QingTing’ is not open yet but the internet site is below. (QingTing means: Dragon Fly in Chinese if you are wondering).
