2016 Xmas Rock n Roll song recorded in a Phuket recording studio Thailand

A new 2016 Christmas rock tune has been written, created and then studio recorded in a Phuket recording studio in Thailand by songwriter ‘Mark Hopkins’ with the main intention of getting awareness and exposure for the Phuket island charities and children’s Orphanages that Mark supports. You can listen and read more by going to the Tsunami Day, Phuket site .

The tunes name is: I’m coming home for Christmas and the songs genre is a distinctive up-tempo rock/rock-pop song. Mark wrote and semi recorded a demo song guide of ‘I’m coming home for Christmas’ in late 2015 on Phuket and has kept the demo track since then waiting for the opportunity to record once again. In late August 2016 Mark began the studio recording process and used session players to record the tune durring a 6 week period. The songs includes 8 differant tracks and all session musicians were from the Philippines, including the lead singer ‘Micah Javier’.
Although I’m coming home for Christmas was recorded on Phuket the mixing and mastering was made in the United States due to Mark needed the most effective outcome and quality. The music is now ready to be heard and downloaded by going to the ‘Tsunami Day’ Website.
The main goal of studio recording I’m coming home for Christmas is to bring as many people to the Tsunami Day website that we can and then we hope in-turn they’ll be kind enough to give to at least one or all the Phuket charities, and to also buy the track.
The other definitive goal is to have enough downloads of the track to help fund and set up a Phuket live music bar with open stage and recording studio / training room on Phuket, that will provide free instructions and tuition to local underprivileged kids from the area’s schools and orphanages. To date ‘La QingTing’ is not currently open yet but the internet site is below. (QingTing means: Dragon Fly in Chinese if you are wondering).
About: Mark set-up the Tsunami Day website to advertise his track Tsunami Day which was inspired from his own particular experiences while he was working in Patong back in 2004 once the Tsunami devistated Patong on boxing day. Much like ‘I’m Coming Home For Xmas’the track Tsunami Day also brought awareness to regional Phuket Charities and Orphanages. On the ‘Tsunami Day’ site there is numerous methods to greatly help including a Thailand Hotel and cheap flight booking to Phuket booking system. Every dime helps.
