With the 2017 season soon approaching and the Condition of California booming with excitement of looming legalization, the Trinity Board of Supervisors have moved up their game.
To remain adding and building around the “Urgency” Ordinance No. 315-816, adopted this year past, an ordinance passed to try to answer the new commercial cannabi standards established by MCRSA and after this AUMA (prop 64). Thus far the response through the Trinity community has been less than excited because the process has been slow and leaving some house owners feeling overlooked. By having new inclusive selections for different farmers, the county presenting a more broad spectrum of the MCRSA was created to offer, therefore making more farms and properties qualified to receive compliance.
