Although statistics indicate that fewer people go to the films, and even the ones that do go rarely see all of the movies nominated to the Academy Awards, the broadcast of such awards is actually always has one of many largest audiences, not only in america, but worldwide. Invariably, the show is simply too long, somewhat boring in most cases, with little theatrical value. The 2011 awards were no exception.
The truth is, in comparison to some years, there was really little or no suspense about the winners.
