We have been confident with ID cards- almost a lot of. A well made ID card will fool just about every common citizen and also many within our law enforcement community. How about illegal immigrants or non-residents? They start having a fake “Guatemala National ID Card”, or such, that can be used to cash checks, get yourself a cell phone, or rent a property. Then together with the rental and make contact with bill documents, you can get a local library card.
