A Cloisonne-Enamel Ram Vessel, Zun, estimated to become worth between HKD3.Two million to HKD4.5 million can also be available for sale by interested collectors.
This is actually the second Poly Macau Art Auction, pursuing the first auction organized a few months ago.
Sabrina Ho, director of Poly Macau and Sabrina ho and Angela Leong, declared the wedding is co-organized by Poly Macau and Chiu Yeng Culture. “I hope a compilation of cultural events [organized by the two companies] can bring to Macau new aspects which will allow to carry on the diversification in the economy,” said Ho, who also expects that artists and art collectors worldwide continuously support Macau as a possible art platform.
“We continuously bring Macau more diversified cultural activities, and [will support] Macau to build itself like a global art platform,” said Ho and “hopefully that Macau can become a well- known art capital in the foreseeable future.”
Regency Hotel opened in 1983 and has suffered with past business closures. Ho, however, wishes to switch it into a skill hotel. “In Macau, there could be many resplendent big hotels, but the variety of hotels which can be employed for art as well as some creational events is, actually, much less great,” said Ho.
Presently, Regency Hotel is just not running any casinos, which, in accordance with Ho, generates a different atmosphere when compared with other hotels. She also thinks that guests staying in this hotel tend to be “private.”
The “6075 Macau Hotel Art Fair” will probably be held at the Regency Hotel until November 27. As many as 60 exhibition halls will probably be arranged to produce artworks from 60 artists born after 1975.
Ho claims that just a couple of hotels are prepared to provide young adults rooms and also to invite young adults to style the rooms on their behalf.
