Qualities of an Entrepreneur

So, who exactly can be an entrepreneur, do you know the qualities of the entrepreneur?… well Wikipedia says, “An entrepreneur is often a individual that has getting a whole new enterprise, venture or idea and assumes significant responsibility for the inherent risks and the outcome”… umm… okay but I would rather say, that the ideal entrepreneur is a individual who guides a manpower to be able to apply a perception(is irrelevant if it’s his or as someone else and whether it is new or old) in order to meet those that require the benefits created by it, which results in financial outcomes or profits.

And so the basic characteristics or qualities associated with an entrepreneur can be:
– He or she needs to have a thought (again, regardless of who originally considered it and whether it be new or old).
– He or she must have the motivation/urge to pursue or apply the idea.
– She or he should have entry to manpower or to be able to make manpower accessible to him (marketing savvy apply here).
– They needs to be an outstanding leader.

Then again, there are additional types of people too who may have some or many of the previously listed qualities; but we don’t call them Entrepreneur. A good example of this individual might be a scientist. Scientists have ideas or, put simply, they could actually create ideas. They are definitely excited or motivated about pursuing their ideas no doubt, they’re good leaders as well plus they, without a doubt get access to at least minimal manpower (No, most scientists aren’t effective in solitude as shown in movies like Robin Williams’ Flubber or Frankenstein, they have a minimum of 2-10 people working under them as junior scientists). But we will call a scientist a business person at the same time? Is he an exception for the above definition?… something to think about huh?

And exactly how of a dictator? He’s got his very own or borrowed ideas, He would like to apply them, he has entry to man power, can guide them well… actually, they will do most situations he wants. So, does that mean, a dictator is an entrepreneur or, an entrepreneur is a dictator!!
