We understand that participants on our retreats their very own story and finding yourself in a peaceful environment allows us to heal & recharge, continue having a clear mind and open heart.

Yoga is taught by myself, Amber. I will make suggestions through comfortable poses, breathing exercises, correcting the body alignment, chanting in the heart, chakra cleansing & meditation.
With experience as a massage & yoga therapist and achieving the pleasure teaching classes at studios and retreat centres all over the world, connecting with others coming from all different backgrounds and avenues of life.
I had been honoured becoming a qualified yoga instructor beneath the tutelage of Padma Nair “Padma Karma” an authorized yoga school in India.
I can guide all levels if you are not used to yoga or more advanced looking to boost and enhance your regular practice.

My partner Ivan will teach Qigong Meditation classes. Qigong is recognized as chinese people kind of yoga and uses slow graceful meditative movements to aid cultivate your Qi connecting with your universal elements. Ivan has a good amount of experience teaching at yoga workshop & abroad and is currently completing his training using the Shiatsu College london underneath the tutelage of Annie Cryer & Cathryn Burnnet.

During your stick with us you may be served delicious nutritious vegetarian meals, fresh juices and smoothies.
As well as the daily Yoga and Qigong classes our company offers raw food nutrition workshops where you can figure out how to prepare basic and tasty recipes.

You will also get the chance to participate in reiki healing plus a number of massage treatments.
