2016 Xmas Rock n Roll song recorded in a Phuket recording studio Thailand

A brand new 2016 Xmas rock-POP song has been written, created and then studio recorded in a Phuket recording studios in Thailand by songwriter ‘Mark Hopkins’ with the key aim of providing attention and exposure for the Phuket charity and children’s Orphanages that Mark supports. You can listen and read more by going to the Tsunami Day, Phuket website .

The tunes name is: I’m coming home for Christmas and the songs is a special up-tempo rock/rock-pop song. Mark wrote and partially recorded a demo music guide of ‘I’m coming home for Christmas’ in 2015 on Phuket and has kept the demo guide since then awaiting the opportunity to record once again. In late August 2016 Mark began the recording process and used local session players to studio record the music durring a 6 week period. The track contains 8 separate tracks and all session players were from the Philippines, including the lead vocalist ‘Micah Javier’.
Although I’m coming home for Christmas was studio recorded on Phuket the mixing and mastering was made in the United States as a result of Mark needed the best outcome and quality. The music is currently ready to be listened to and downloaded by going to the ‘Tsunami Day’ web site.
The key goal of studio recording I’m coming home for Christmas is to bring as many visits to the Tsunami Day web site as possible and then hopefully in-turn they’ll be kind enough to donate to 1 or all the Phuket island charities, and to also buy the track.
The other definitive goal is to get enough downloads of the song to help fund and setup a Phuket live music bar with open stage and recording studio / training room on Phuket, which will provide free instructions and tuition to local underprivileged kids from the area’s colleges and children’s orphanages. Up to now ‘La QingTing’ is not currently open yet but the website is below. (QingTing means: Dragon Fly in Chinese if you’re wondering).
About: Mark set-up the Tsunami Day website to market his song Tsunami Day which was influenced from his own personal experiences while he was working in Patong back in 2004 when the Tsunami hit Patong on boxing day. As with ‘I’m Coming Home For Christmas’the track Tsunami Day also brought awareness to regional Phuket Charities and children’s Orphanages. On the ‘Tsunami Day’ web site there is numerous ways to help including a Phuket island Resort and budget flight booking to Phuket booking system. Every dime helps.
