Yoga courses are taught on my own, Amber. I am going to guide you through comfortable poses, breathing exercises, correcting one’s body alignment, chanting in the heart, chakra cleansing & meditation.
With experience being a massage & yoga therapist all night . the pleasure coaching classes at studios and retreat centres around the world, connecting with people coming from all different backgrounds and parts of society.
I was honoured to become a qualified yoga instructor under the tutelage of Padma Nair “Padma Karma” a licensed yoga school in India.
I’m able to guide all levels whether you are a novice to yoga or even more advanced and looking to boost and boost your regular practice.

My partner Ivan will teach Qigong Meditation classes. Qigong is called chinese people form of yoga and uses slow graceful meditative movements to help cultivate your Qi connecting with this universal elements. Ivan has lots of experience teaching at luxury yoga holiday & abroad and is also currently completing his training together with the Shiatsu College london beneath the tutelage of Annie Cryer & Cathryn Burnnet.

During your stick to us you’ll be served delicious nutritious vegetarian meals, fresh juices and smoothies.
As well as the daily Yoga and Qigong classes we offer raw food nutrition workshops which you could learn to prepare simple and easy tasty recipes.

You will probably have the opportunity to join in reiki healing along with a number of massage treatments.
