For many years I underwent difficult times i became driven to find out why these things were happening in my experience.
This became one of my life’s greatest challenges. I used to be so stuck inside a victim mindset of why me, which i almost overlooked Life Hacks and tests which are being presented before me. Little did I realize, which i was in preparation for my advancement. In those days it felt like I used to be surviving in hell. The perception I had of my experience then was not great, I used to be more tightly focused from the negative, brimming with fear looking for someone or something like that at fault and be responsible.
Then one day I came across which i was not on your own experiencing difficult times, there where many others experiencing tough experiences too. Although their experiences were a little different to mine, we were holding still being challenged on the core, so this provided me with comfort understanding that the hard journey was not just for me. Due to this understanding I began to offer myself permission to recover from the victim mindset that had me inside a mental prison for countless years. The thing is all of us have to endure some difficult times at different periods of our lives and nobody really knows why we should instead have these experiences. This then causes us to make a list of what we should can perform about this? Most people get stuck here, because of this question. You know yourself that you don’t can deal which basically is a recipe for mental bondage that results in the victim mindset.
Whatever you decide to do here will define the trail you will follow. Lets take a good example. Perhaps you have felt as you were a sufferer from a circumstance? What follows that mindset is a spiralling into negative emotions you are going to begin to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you might be down from the dumps? This really is present with the majority of us, we now have areas were were adamant it’s beyond our understanding, therefore it is easier for individuals to make the assumption it’s somebody’s fault, when you commence to think such as this celebrate you lose your power over what’s happening. Everybody knows that transitioning generally is a challenging time since you are taking care of letting go of the previous so the new can placed in. Many people find change difficult to deal with as of course we sometimes fight any change, because we would rather sit and dwell in what were familiar with that is otherwise referred to as the comfortable zone. Within the comfortable zone the majority of us we dwell there for too long periods, what we should don’t realise is the fact that change will almost certainly happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it is usually all set with the flow rather than resisting and fighting. That you can accept the modification and become in flow from it you might want an optimistic understanding of situations that you’re going through.
