Life Lessons – The trick of Positive Understanding

For quite some time I had challenging times and I became driven to discover these particular things were happening in my experience.


This became among my life’s greatest challenges. I was so stuck in a victim mindset of why me, i almost overlooked Inspiration and Wisdom and tests which were being presented before me. Little did I understand, i is at preparation for my advancement. Then it felt like I was residing in hell. The perception I had created of my experience then had not been great, I was more tightly focused from the negative, packed with fear and searching for a person or something like that the culprit and take responsibility.

Then I came across i had not been alone going through challenging times, there where lots of others going through tough experiences too. Although their experiences were somewhat different to mine, they were still being challenged to the core, which means this set it up comfort understanding that the hard journey had not been simply for me. Due to this understanding I began to offer myself permission to come out of the victim mindset that had me in a mental prison for countless years. You see we all have to endure some challenging times at different periods of our own lives and nobody can tell why we have to have these experiences. This then makes us ask ourselves what we should can do regarding it? Most of the people get stuck here, due to this question. You tell yourself that you don’t can deal which basically is often a recipe for mental bondage that cuases the victim mindset.

That which you choose to do here will define the way that you’re going to follow. Lets take an example. Maybe you have felt as you were a victim of the circumstance? Below that mindset is often a spiralling into negative emotions you will will feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you’re down from the dumps? This really is present with many people, we now have areas were we have been adamant that it is beyond our understanding, therefore it is easier for people to really make the assumption that it is somebody’s fault, while you begin to think such as this celebrate you lose your control of what are you doing. When investing in in this frame of mind or belief it is rather difficult to leave it, you will need something considerably more powerful than that frame of mind that you can be free.

At this point many are asleep, so they should wake off their slumber. Once you are aware of this you open a door for your perception to switch. Your way to become positive starts here and also this experience is what I call a shift in a new way of thinking. This transitioning use of transformation is often slow but definitely worth the wait.

Everybody knows that transitioning can be quite a challenging time as you are implementing releasing that old so your new can set in. Many of us find change hard to cope with as naturally we very often deal with any change, because we would rather sit and dwell in what we have been acquainted with that is otherwise referred to as the safe place. Within the safe place many people we dwell there for very long periods, what we should don’t realise is the fact that change will happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it’s usually good to go with the flow rather than resisting and fighting. That you can accept the progres and become in flow with it you must have an optimistic understanding of conditions that you’re going through.

Probably the most challenging question a large number of people ask you are able to maintain positivity? Generally we have been creatures of habit look for just changing a very important factor beyond our usual pattern rather painful however it is consistence, endurance, persistence, perseverance and patience that always brings greatest results.
