Kaparkan Falls (also known as Mulawin Falls) is often a limestone terraces hidden for centuries inside the landlocked province of Abra. This travertine rose to fame in 2015 when images of the terraced water gours were uploaded on the net.
Reaching Kaparkan Falls requires good both mental and physical sturdiness. Located in a province 9-10 hours ride far from Manila, this travertine paradise could only be reached through off-road vehicles. Should you be lucky the monsters of vehicle will not likely surrender, you should endure a harrowing, bumpy, and muscle numbing ride for a couple hours.

The low level has greater pool heights than those at the upper level. Further, you can find servings of this level which are restricted to tourists unless together with local guides.
The lower degree of the Karakan Falls takes a little bit of walking down an incline underneath the forest trees and bamboos on and on up following the cascades up to the balite tree.
