There isn’t any more refreshing drink in the world. Rumor has it that this mint Julep didn’t start in the usa, it started here in Cr. In fact legend has it that Columbus was first served this delightful beverage about the east coast of Cr in 1502.
Believe what you would like, but Panama and nicaragua , has a recipe to find the best Mint Julep I have ever tasted and in earlier seventies I had been guest in the Kentucky Derby i had one, or two or even three so its future I don’t remember precisely how good it tasted, but because far like me concerned the Cr Mint Julep is the foremost!
The Churchhill Downs you will find the Kentucky Derby now boasts selling over 80,000 mint Juleps through the derby which is in May yearly.
The mint has to be fresh and the large leave type the actual most frequent. You can find it in most grocery stores. In Cr sometimes you will find it growing wild. The best whisky is of course is bourbon but a good rum is effective too.
Of course this can be delightful devoid of the liquor inside it.
