For countless years I went through challenging times and I became driven to learn that these particular things were happening in my experience.


This became one among my life’s greatest challenges. I became so stuck in the victim mindset of why me, that I almost missed out on Motivation and tests which are being presented before me. Little did I understand, that I was at preparation for my advancement. At that time it felt like I became moving into hell. The perception I needed of my experience then was not great, I became more focused in the negative, full of fear looking for someone something like that to blame and assume responsibilty.

Then one day I stumbled upon that I was not on your own experiencing challenging times, there where lots of others experiencing tough experiences too. Although their experiences were somewhat dissimilar to mine, they were still being challenged to the core, this provided me with comfort realizing that the hard journey was not simply for me. For that reason understanding I began to offer myself permission to recover from the victim mindset which in fact had me in the mental prison for countless years. The truth is all people have to endure some challenging times at different periods in our lives and no-one really knows why we should instead have these experiences. This then causes us to ask ourselves what we are capable of doing over it? Many people find yourself in trouble here, due to this question. You tell yourself you don’t can deal which basically is a recipe for mental bondage that cuases the victim mindset.

Everything you settle upon here will define the path that you will follow. Lets take one example. Perhaps you have felt as if you were a target of any circumstance? What follows that mindset is a spiralling into negative emotions you will learn to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you happen to be down in the dumps? This is extremely common to the majority of us, we have areas were we have been adamant that it is beyond our understanding, so it is easier for us to really make the assumption that it is somebody’s fault, while you start to consentrate like this it can make you lose your power over what are you doing. Once you get in this frame of mind or belief it is quite hard to leave it, you’ll need something a lot more powerful frame of mind that you should be free.

At this stage most are asleep, so they need to wake using their slumber. When you’re wake something changes, you then become aware of the way you have been playing small and have become a target. When you’re aware of this you open a door on your perception to improve. Right onto your pathway of being positive starts here this also experience is what I call a shift right into a new way of thinking. This transitioning period of transformation is normally slow but well worth the wait.

Everyone knows that transitioning can be quite a challenging time while taking care of releasing the previous so that the new can emerge. The majority of us find change difficult to cope with as obviously we sometimes fight against any change, because we choose to sit and live in things that we have been familiar with which can be otherwise referred to as comfortable zone. From the comfortable zone the majority of us we dwell there for days periods, what we don’t realise is change will happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it will be usually good to go using the flow rather than resisting and fighting. That you can accept the alteration and turn into in flow from it you need to have an optimistic understanding of instances that you’re going through.
