The perception I had created of my experience then wasn’t great, I became more tightly focused from the negative, packed with fear and searching for somebody something like that to blame and assume responsibility.

Then I stumbled upon that we wasn’t the only one going through difficult times, there where many others going through tough experiences too. Even though their experiences were a little different to mine, we were holding still being challenged on the core, and this set it up comfort knowing that the cruel journey wasn’t exclusively for me. Due to this understanding I began to present myself permission to leave the victim mindset which had me within a mental prison for countless years. You see all people have to pass through some difficult times at different periods of our lives and nobody really knows why we should instead have these experiences. This then makes us ask ourselves what we should can do about this? Most people find here, due to this question. You know yourself that you don’t get sound advice which basically is a recipe for mental bondage that cuases the victim mindset.

What you decide to do here will define the trail that you will follow. Lets take an example. Have you ever felt like you were a victim associated with a circumstance?
