To remain adding and building on the “Urgency” Ordinance No. 315-816, adopted this season past, an ordinance passed to try to react to the modern commercial News standards set forth by MCRSA and after this AUMA (prop 64). Up to now the response through the Trinity community has become under excited since the process has become slow and leaving some property owners feeling left out. By having new inclusive options for different farmers, the county is now offering an even more broad spectrum of the items MCRSA is designed to offer, therefore generating farms and properties eligible for compliance.
